Privacy Policy
Edge Services operates CrewFlow at app.edgeservices.us(the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices — including when you connect a Google account or sign in with Google.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and business details you provide during onboarding.
- Google account data— when you sign in with Google or click “Connect Google Ads,” we receive OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) and basic profile information (name, email). We use these tokens to call Google APIs on your behalf. We never see or store your Google password.
- Google Ads & Business data — campaign names and IDs, spend metrics, conversion settings, and (when enabled) Google Business Profile location data needed to run ads and reporting for your business.
- Lead & call data — phone numbers, caller metadata, campaign attribution (e.g. gclid), and notes from tracking partners such as WhatConverts.
- Job outcomes you enter — close amounts, parts cost, and service tags used to optimize for profit, not vanity clicks.
- SMS interactions — if you authorize a phone number, we process inbound commands (e.g. pause/resume) and send operational alerts.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and usage logs for security, rate limiting, and debugging.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We only request Google scopes needed to provide the Service (ads management, optional analytics/calendar/tag manager/business profile features).
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising unrelated to your own campaigns.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google data except when you request support, for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.
- You can revoke our access at any time at Google Account permissions or by disconnecting Google in Settings.
How we use your information
- Authenticate you and operate your account
- Connect to Google Ads, sync campaigns, pause/resume ads, and upload offline conversions
- Track leads, enforce daily caps, and send pause/resume notifications
- Bill your platform subscription through Stripe (we do not bill Google ad spend)
- Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers — hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), SMS (Twilio), and lead tracking (WhatConverts), solely to operate the Service.
- Google — when you connect Google, API calls are made directly between our servers and Google using your authorized tokens.
- Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Storage & security
Google refresh tokens are encrypted at rest in our database. We use HTTPS for all traffic. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized operators.
Data retention
We retain account and campaign data while your subscription is active. You may request deletion by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law or billing records.
Your choices
- Update account details in Settings
- Disconnect Google or revoke app access in your Google Account
- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP (see Terms)
- Request access or deletion by emailing support@edgeservices.us
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
