Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CrewFlow, operated by Edge Services(“we,” “us”). By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Service

CrewFlowis software that helps service businesses run Google Ads, host landing pages, track leads, and pause or resume campaigns based on rules you configure. Results depend on your market, budget, operations, and Google's policies — we do not guarantee a specific number of leads or revenue.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be authorized to connect any Google Ads or Business Profile you link.

Google integration

When you connect Google or sign in with Google, you authorize us to access the Google scopes shown on the OAuth consent screen. You may revoke access at any time. You agree to comply with Google Ads policies and applicable trade licensing laws. We are not affiliated with Google.

Two separate charges

Platform fee: A flat monthly licensing fee billed through Stripe. We never take a percentage of your ad spend.

Ad spend: Billed directly by Google on your Google Ads payment method. We do not invoice media spend.

SMS commands

By authorizing your phone number, you consent to operational SMS (pause/resume alerts, lead notifications). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for support. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission

Third-party services

The Service integrates with Google, Stripe, Twilio, WhatConverts, and others. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR GOOGLE ADS.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
